Patrick

My name is Patrick and I am 19 years old. I live at Lewa Childrens Home in Eldoret, Western Kenya with 60 other children. I am well taken care of there and i'm really happy to live there because they provide everything that I need. The home has a dairy on the farm and I often help out with the dairy cows. In my spare time I love to play football with my friends. 

I worked really hard in primary school and scored 361 marks (out of 500) in my national examinations. I was always dreaming of going to secondary school but I knew that it may not be possible in my position. 

I dream of becoming an engineer in the future because this is a career that I find interesting.
