The Kickstart Project relies on the generous support of individuals and local communities to ensure that we can continue to support disadvantaged students and communities in Kenya through education health and sustainable solutions.
All money raised will go directly towards providing secondary and tertiary sponsorships to disadvantaged children in Kenya.
Holding a Kickstart Project fundraising event is an easy and fun way to get involved and support our projects in Kenya. Whatever your idea, The Kickstart Project will help you to get your event up and running!
The choice is yours. From a simple afternoon tea to a fancy cocktail party, you can choose the size and scope of the event. Hold it at home, at work, school – anywhere.
Three easy steps to holding a Kickstart Project Fundraising Event.

- Register your event - Once your completed registration has been received; The Kickstart Project Team will be in touch with you.
- Plan and hold your event
The Kickstart Project can support you in a number of ways, including:
- Providing a "Proudly Supporting The Kickstart Project" logo for event promotion (Note: use of this logo needs to have The Kickstart Project’s prior approval)
- Promotion of your fundraising event on the Kickstart Project website
- Resources and brochures about The Kickstart Project
- A Supporter Letter, to help you gather local support and sponsorship
- A Thank you certificate for distribution to supporters/sponsors

The Kickstart Project has been fortunate to develop a partnership with the One Heart Foundation - an Australian not-for-profit charity whose focus is to change the future of orphaned and abandoned children living in poverty in Kenya by developing schools and children's eco-villages.
This partnership allows us to provide tax deductible receipts for any donations made towards the Kickstart Project sponsorship program in Kenya.
The Kickstart Project also recognises Aqua Financial Services as a key supporter of the charity and a valued partner in our mission to create a brighter future for children in Kenya.
