Rukia

My name is Rukia and I am 19 years old. I live at Lewa Childrens Home in Eldoret, Western Kenya. There are about 60 other children at the home with me, ranging from newborn babies to 18 and 19 year olds.  There is always a lot to do at the home and I help out with the chores and play with the children often. I am proud to live at Lewa Childrens Home. 

In my free time I enjoy playing Volleyball. I used to play Volleyball in primary school and hope to continue playing at my new secondary school. 

When I grow up, I'd love to become a doctor so that I can help people get better when they are sick. I know I have to work hard in my studies to get there.
