What are the triggers to sponsor a student? That win/win to create positive change in someone's life? The conviction that one person can really make a difference to our future world?
For each sponsor there's a different incentive. For us the decision was easy. We had witnessed the dedication of Esther and her team as they established the Kickstart Project and admired the quality, honesty, ethics and commitment to strong procedures and processes, sound parameters, complete transfer of sponsor investment to the education of carefully selected and evaluated students, great feedback to sponsors and delightful communications from very grateful beneficiaries.
